Session Policies
Location
Your location is set during planning and does not change during the session. We recommend a spot with both indoor and outdoor options for variety.
Permissions And Releases
If you film at a gym, studio or other business, getting permission and any media release from the owner is your responsibility before shoot day.
People On Camera
Want it to look like you are working with a client? We provide a model media release. Everyone on camera signs it before the session.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 48 hours before your session. Sessions are non-refundable. You receive a credit valid for 180 days and must reschedule within 60 days into an open session date.
Media Rights
Pro Wellness Support retains media rights to all footage and may use it to market future sessions and show samples to new clients.
File Delivery
All clips are delivered through Google Drive. You have 30 days to download and save them to your own cloud storage.

What is included in a $799 content creation session?
A planning session, a custom shoot list built from research on your business, a 2-hour on-site shoot with up to 3 outfit changes, 10 to 20 scripted reels, B-roll, and delivery of all clips through Google Drive.
How much social media content will I get from one session?
Most clients get 3 to 6 months of content. The scripted reels are ready to post, and the B-roll is filmed so it can be mixed and matched into many more reels.
Do you edit the videos?
Your scripted reels are edited and ready to post. Your B-roll is delivered as raw clips so you or your team can build additional reels from it.
How do I receive my video files?
All clips are delivered through a shared Google Drive folder. You have 30 days to download and save them to your own cloud storage, after which the folder is removed.
Do I need to write my own scripts?
No. We research your website and current content and build a suggested shoot list and scripts. You review and approve them during your planning session.
Where do content creation sessions take place?
Two-hour sessions are available in Hampton Roads, Virginia and Jacksonville, Florida. You choose one location during planning, ideally with both indoor and outdoor options. For other locations, our full production team can travel. Contact us for details.
Can I film at a gym, studio or another business?
